Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
After your order is shipped, it will take between 1-7 business days to arrive. I am in California. So the closer to me, the less time shipping will take. During the holidays, shipping times may be doubled.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping is free for prints and greeting card packs when shipping within the USA. Prices for shipping original paintings withing the USA and Canada is noted on the product page of each painting and at checkout.
Shipping Internationally
International shipping is available for all books and gift cards. For international shipping on original paintings or prints, Contact me directly to get a quote.
Studio pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at my studio in Twain Harte, California. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready and we can set up a time for you to come pick it up.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
If you must ship to a P.O. box and checkout will not allow it, contact me directly to make a special order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you wish to make a return, you must contact me first to request a return. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for store credit. The collector is responsible for return shipping fees. In the event that your order has arrived damaged or defective in any way, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
