ABOUT THESE FLOWERS:
Calla Lilies grow all over Mendocino. I came upon a patch that was blooming. The blooms were not perfect. Some had been burned by then sun, some were asymmetrical or had holes from insects. But even though they were not flawless, they were beautiful.
When I see these flowers up-close, they have flaws, but they are still beautiful. And I like to think that is true with all of Mother Natures creations - which includes me. If I include myself in the family of natural things, I too can be perfect despite all of my imperfections. I can also be beautiful no matter my blemishes. What a freeing and lovely thought!
I painted these flowers just as I saw them. They are beautiful just the way they are, and we are too.
PRINT OPTIONS INFO:
PAPER:
- Printed on high-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag inkjet paper.
- The size in the drop down menu is the size of the image including the white border.
- White borders are approximately 1 inch on all sides, that is included in the size of the paper.
-Sizes of prints are standard and finding ready-made frames to fit should be easy.
FRAMED PAPER:
- Smooth, beautiful solid oak frame with optical-grade clear acrylic (you really can't tell it's not glass!)
- The frame adds about 2 inches to the size of the painting on each side.
- The matboard is 1 inch on prints smaller than 24" x 36" or 30" x 30". For prints those sizes and larger, it is 2 inches. It is a 4-ply white mat with an attractive bevel at 45 degrees.
- There is a wire on the back, and it is ready to hang.
CANVAS:
- I print on thick, archival-grade, pH neutral and acid-free canvas that will not yellow over time.
- The canvas has a satin finish and is gallery-wrapped over 1.5 inch deep edge wooden bars, with the image is mirrored onto the sides.
- Water resistant, easy to wipe clean and will last for decades.
- There is a wire on the back and it is ready to hang.
FRAMED CANVAS:
- Offering a walnut frame around a 1.25 inch stretched canvas or an oak frame around a 1.5 inch stretched canvas. Frames add about 1 inch to the painting on each side.
- These are floating frames. They give the canvas print the illusion of floating inside the frame.
- There is a wire on back, and it is ready to hang.

My paper giclees are printed on thick, luxurious fine art paper. Each print is printed on high-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag inkjet paper.
All paper prints have a 1-inch white border that is included in the size of the print.
Framed Paper
My framed paper prints are framed in smooth, beautiful solid wood with optical-grade clear acrylic (you really can't tell it's not glass!).

The gallery-wrapped canvases are stretched over 1.5 inch deep edge wooden bars, with the image mirrored onto the sides.
Satin finish. Arrives wired and ready to hang.

Framed Canvas
My floating frames for canvas prints come in oak or walnut. The oak is solid wood and the walnut is made from a variety of quality wood with a beautiful walnut color finish. They give the canvas print the illusion of floating inside the frame.
Your choice of a walnut frame around 1.25 inch stretched canvas or an oak floating frame around 1.5 inch stretched canvas.
Frames add about 1 inch to the painting on each side.
Arrives with a wire on the back for easy hanging.
