ABOUT THE VIEW:
The wild sweet peas are going crazy in my neighborhood this year. I have never seen them like this. I say it every day when I leave the house. It is nuts. They are in all the ditches, and sunny patches. Aside the road, along the highway, along hills and in sunny open spaces. They are climbing apple trees and parked cars.
Honestly their beauty makes me anxious. I know this won’t last long and they will die back. This magenta and white gift of spring is temporary. And so it is a little bit painful for me. I want to keep them alive. I want them here always. And that is not possible. So how do I deal with this uncomfortable loss? I paint. Painting the flowers makes it a little easier to say hello to them every morning and it will be easier to say goodbye when their season ends. I paint them over and over. I fill up with their beauty and let it go on the canvas.
PRINT OPTIONS INFO:
PAPER:
- Printed on high-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag inkjet paper.
- The size of the print includes the white border.
- White borders are approximately 1 inch on all sides, that is included in the size of the paper.
-Sizes of prints are standard and finding ready-made frames to fit should be easy.
FRAMED PAPER:
- Smooth, beautiful solid oak frame with optical-grade clear acrylic (you really can't tell it's not glass!)
- The frame and matboard are included in the size of the print.
- The 1" matboard is a 4-ply white mat with an attractive bevel at 45 degrees.
-There is a wire on the back, and it is ready to hang.
CANVAS:
- I print on thick, archival-grade, pH neutral and acid-free canvas that will not yellow over time.
- The canvas has a satin finish and is gallery-wrapped over 1.5 inch deep edge wooden bars, with the image is mirrored onto the sides.
- The 1" matboard is a 4-ply white mat with an attractive bevel at 45 degrees.
- Water resistant, easy to wipe clean. Wire on the back, ready to hang.
- Do not hang your print in the sunlight because the colors will fade over time. However if the spot you have for it gets sun, I recommend using a UV archival varnish spray. Easy to apply. Contact me for details.

- Offering a walnut frame around a 1.25 inch stretched canvas or an oak frame around a 1.5 inch stretched canvas. Frames add about 1 inch to the painting on each side.
- These are floating frames. They give the canvas print the illusion of floating inside the frame. There is a wire on the back, it is ready to hang.
- Do not hang your print in the sunlight because the colors will fade over time. However if the spot you have for it gets sun, I recommend using a UV archival varnish spray. Easy to apply. Contact me for details.

My framed paper prints are framed in smooth, beautiful solid wood with optical-grade clear acrylic (you really can't tell it's not glass!).

The frame adds about 2" to the size of the painting on each side.

My floating frames for canvas prints come in oak or walnut. The oak is solid wood and the walnut is made from a variety of quality wood with a beautiful walnut color finish. They give the canvas print the illusion of floating inside the frame.
Your choice of a walnut frame around 1.25 inch stretched canvas or an oak floating frame around 1.5 inch stretched canvas.
